Single-storey on steel substructure, building size 133 m² (12,0 x 10 + 1,3 x 10 m), internal clearance height 3,0 m, live-load 500 kg/m², façade of square galvanized smooth cladding panels, fire-resistancy F—30 (walls & ceiling), centralised electrical installation, connection with existing terminal building, highly efficient HVAC-installation (combined cooling/heating/treatment) with DDC-controller and interface management.
MODBAU realised this project as a subcontractor for a general contractor.
